He can't do that because we have a world problem, and the problem is caused by the lack of refineries for diesel fuel, US President saidWASHINGTON, October 10. /TASS/. Washington has repeatedly urged Vladimir Zelensky to halt strikes on Russian oil refineries, but he has failed to heed the calls, US President Donald Trump said.
"We told him, don't hit the diesel fuel because there's a big problem, a big shortage. And what does he do? He goes and hits the diesel fuel. He can't do that because we have a world problem, and the problem is caused by the lack of refineries for diesel fuel," he told reporters.
