"In order to comply with the principles of efficiency and effectiveness, and considering the relevance of the Venice Architecture Biennale and its imminent date (May 8, 2027), it is appropriate to maintain the originally designated composition of the jury and to order a new evaluation for the projects declared admissible," it argues. It also notes that "it should be mentioned that the irregularities detected, which motivated the rollback of the procedure and the repetition of the evaluation, are not related to grounds for disqualification, conflicts of interest, or harm to the impartiality of the jury members. They relate only to deficiencies verified in the execution of the evaluation procedure regulated in the rules of the call."
