The community of Colina welcomed spring this Saturday, September 26, in a day marked by activities that began at the front of the Municipalidad's municipal building and featured senior citizens as the main protagonists.
As part of the so-called Welcome Spring, a caravan traveled through various streets of the commune, starting at the municipal headquarters, moving along General San Martín, Chacabuco, Frontt, Fray Camilo Henríquez, Aconcagua, Esmeralda, back along San Martín; and then advanced along Camino Termas de Colina until reaching the Medialuna de Peldehue.
At the Medialuna, the main gathering took place, where various senior citizen clubs participated in the election of a new Spring Queen, a vote in which residents cast their ballots through the municipality's website.
