Apparently, a woman along with a few-month-old baby were rescued from the rubble of a building in Cali. The photographic material shows the rescue operation where rescue teams along with the community are extracting them alive and ending their suffering. "Caleños, this is a time to be united. Today we cannot allow our differences to divide us. We have to help each other, support each other, and work together," he said. He also confirmed that "rescue agencies are in the affected areas, carrying out search and rescue operations, and we are touring the city, listening to families, gathering information, and conducting a census to know who needs help."
