MOSCOW, August 10. /TASS/. The Russian Supreme Court’s ruling to remove the Yabloko party from the upcoming elections to the Russian parliament’s lower chamber, the State Duma, has not yet entered force, party leader Nikolay Rybakov said. "The Supreme Court’s ruling is yet to enter force. We have five days to challenge it," he said. The appeal, if filed, will be considered by the Russian Supreme Court’s presidium. Earlier, Rodina Party chair, lawmaker Alexey Zhuravlev, told TASS he had requested the Russian Supreme Court to remove Yabloko from the ballot.
