This Monday, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) held a working telephone call with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Costa Rica, Manuel Tovar. "Foreign Minister Velasco congratulated him on his recent appointment and wished him success in his administration," the SRE reported.
