Japan’s Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama said her team is working well with US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent in the area of foreign exchange policy, after the two met in Tokyo.
Katayama held a press conference Tuesday after meeting with her US counterpart. She said that she’d refrain from commenting on Bessent’s remarks.
