Immediately, an operational response was activated with a team consisting of three volunteers and a rescue unit, who went to the scene to begin rescue operations. At the scene, the rescuers stabilized the vehicle, extracted the occupants, and provided basic medical care to the three affected individuals, who had various injuries. After being stabilized, they were transported to the appropriate hospital. The Civil Defense highlighted the collaboration of the community in the area, as well as the support of the National Army and the parents and nuns of Los Ermitaños, whose help was "fundamental for the timely execution of the operation." OTHER TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS: In recent days, a traffic accident was reported in the sector of the Cañón del Chicamocha, near the municipality of Aratoca, close to the Panachi park. In the incident, a 45-year-old man died after falling into an abyss of approximately 400 meters. The authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. Meanwhile, another accident occurred in Piedecuesta, where a vehicle rolled into an abyss of approximately 100 meters, resulting in the death of another man.
