During the interview with Heinrich on “The Sunday Briefing,” Khanna claimed that Democrats are going to win the House majority in November.
“The reason we’re going to win the House is gas prices are up, food prices are up, people don’t like the fact that we’re in a war in Iran. They don’t like the fact that the Trump administration hasn’t released the Epstein files or held the Epstein class accountable,” he told Heinrich.
Trump has previously criticized Heinrich, with the president saying last year that he had “watched Jacqui Heinrich from Fox over the weekend and I thought she was absolutely terrible.”
“She should be working for CNN, not Fox. Not surprisingly, I later found out that she’s a fan of the White House Correspondents Association!” he added in a Truth Social post.
