Brazilian Aeronautics Company – Embraer reported record revenue of USD 1.4 billion in the first quarter of 2026, a 31 percent increase compared to the same period last year. It was the best first quarter in the Brazilian aerospace company’s history, according to financial results released on Friday (May 8).
The strong results stem primarily from the Defense and Security and Commercial Aviation segments, which saw annual growth of 47 percent and 32 percent, respectively.

Last week, Embraer announced the sale of ten C-390 Millennium aircraft to the United Arab Emirates, with negotiations underway for an additional ten units. The purchase was made by the Tawazun Council for Defense Enablement, the organization responsible for fostering and regulating the country’s defense and security industrial ecosystem.
Embraer views the deal as a historic milestone, as it is the largest international order ever placed by a single country.
